[Original Platinum Print Photograph]. Photographer Unknown, [circa 1890]. Near fine. Original platinum print 8.75 X 5.75 inches. In 1.5 inch reddish tinted wooden frame measuring 21.5 X 18 inches with gray matting. A few spots of discolouration, else the image is clear and finely detailed.

c 1890-1900. Possibly by la Roche of Seattle. Image shows a studio portrait of an Native man wearing a feather headdress and traditional dress. He is seated on a pile of blankets against a studio backdrop. A strong image.
